*Non- Regular faculty category includes all Temporary / Contractual / Ad- Hoc Faculties currently appointed in Colleges / Institutes / Universities.  

This year ADMA 2018 committee is happy to announce that some of the student participants will be awarded partial reimbursement for travel/registration by Rygbee Inc. Preferences will be given to student participants in the following order.
1. A student with accepted paper at ADMA 2018 and at least one of the authors of the accepted paper have registered for the conference.
2. The partial travel/registration grant will be awarded for participants on First Come First Serve basis on registration.
*If more funds are available then we will try to waive the registration fees for other student participants also.

DA-IICT, IITGN and IIIT-V students can avail 20% discount on the Registration fee. Registration fee includes Registration kit, Tea / Coffee, and lunch during the conference. Registration Fee does not include TA/DA, accommodation and any other logistics support.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Before 11 May 2018, a processing fee of INR 250 will be charged.

Between 11 May 2018 and 27 May 2018, a processing fee of 50% will be charged.

No refund will be made after 27 May 2018.
